company in rural Wellsville, N.Y.)has filed acomplaint against Mark Zuckerberg (CEO of facebook) alleging that he has signed a contract with Mark Zuckerberg ten years ago i.e., in 2003 , that makes him to be an 84 percent stake holder in the company. "Mark has made it clear that Ceglia's claims are absurd and we strongly suspect the contract is forged," Facebook said in a statement released to ABC News today.

Last month Paul Ceglia , (the owner of a wood-pellet fuel company in rural Wellsville, N.Y.) has filed a complaint against Mark Zuckerberg (CEO of facebook) alleging that he has signed a contract with Mark Zuckerberg ten years ago i.e., in 2003 , that makes him to be an 84 percent stake holder in the company.

“Mark has made it clear that Ceglia’s claims are absurd and we strongly suspect the contract is forged,” Facebook said in a statement released to ABC News today.

Though Mark has called the allegation an absurd one but still some of the question are on the hot seat “Why Cegila put the allegation?” or “What would happen if Cegila won?” and much more to go???
