Why Downloading & Play Games to your iPhone can increase your child’s Happiness

Potentially you might want to ask how downloading free kids games on iPhone, Android, or any other mobile device your child has access to, can make you happy. Particularly if you have a long car journey ahead of you – and of course in August there’s a certain Bank Holiday weekend to contend with in the UK, when most citizens spend inordinate chunks of time in traffic jams wondering why they bothered to leave home at all. The key word, of course, in the title of this post is “free”. Free kids games are ideal for parents because the child can be entertained without anyone having to pay out any money. There is a potential wrinkle, mind: you need to be aware that some free downloads or free kids games are free only up to a point – normally your child gets a taster of the action to come if he or she unlocks the full games, and is then required to purchase something from an App store to get the whole gaming experience.

Around the world, any unites which are still in warehouses will remain on sale until they’re gone.

sony psp goWe may never know that why Sony has killed PSPgo so soon? The reason behind it’s failure is that PSGgo is never sold so well and has not been a fan favorite ,and ultimately died in the competition with cheaper Nintendo DS Lite and the do-anything iPod Touch. Also, there is the inability for UMD owners to transfer their games over to the PSPgo as the digitally downloaded games arriving later than those on UMDs. Now, all the speculation has come to an end. Although, Sony did not say exactly that when will be production of the console finally closed but very soon it will be closed.

YouTube videos now served in WebM

Google has announced on the official Youtube blog that in the future, all the popular video streaming services will be adopting the WebM format for all their videos. WebM is an open media file format for video and audio on the web. Its openness allows any user to improve the format and its integrations which leads to better experience for you. YouTube aims to create one format that fits all standard by adopting WebM by comparing different video formats to power adapters and power outlets. All the videos that played on different devices, will be streamed in the same format in the future and hence are trans-coded in webM.

youtubeNow great content will be delivered to you, despite wherever you are – regardless of device, browser or other technical specification which leads you to not to remember that complicated “power adapter converter” to watch a video and you would not have to download a whole bunch of different codecs or plug-ins when using different browsers to watch videos on YouTube. This means that there is no need to create mobile-optimized content as the mobile devices like smartphones can access the same content as desktop computers.

eHarmony Hacked, In the time of Valentine’s Day

eHarmony_logo_0 Online dating site eHarmony has been hacked, eHarmony is asking some of its users to change their passwords after being alerted by KrebsOnSecurity to a potential security breach of customer information. Aziz Maakaroun, business development director at vulnerability management specialist Outpost24 said- “In the run up to Valentine’s Day, the timing of this purported breach could be fairly disastrous for dating website eHarmony,” Maakaroun said. “For any existing customer, being told that your details have potentially been hacked is hardly an aphrodisiac.”
Databases are a popular attack vector for hackers. A SQL injection vulnerability (An attack technique used to exploit web sites by altering backend SQL statements through manipulating application input) on a secondary site created a possible means for screen names, email addresses and hashed passwords to be extracted. eHarmony has a massive infrastructure (MapReduce, Hadoop, MySql, etc). Doing security audits is difficult enough, even more so on third-party software.

To Stop Piracy, 5 Movie Studios sue File Sharing service -"Hotfile"

Hotfile Movie studios are now suing a website that provides file sharing service “Hotfile”. It seems like movie studios are bringing down the heat on file-sharing services , one at a time, all over the internet. According to documents filed with the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida Miami Division, Five Hollywood studios including Disney Enterprises Inc, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp, Universal City Studios Productions, Columbia Pictures Industries and Warner Bros Entertainment Inc on Tuesday filed suit against Hotfile Corp and Hotfile manager Anton Titov. The Motion Picture Association of America Inc said -”Hotfile profits from this theft by charging a monthly fee to users who download content from its servers. Hotfile also operates an incentive scheme that rewards users for uploading the most popular files — which are almost exclusively copyrighted works. Hotfile profits richly while paying nothing to the studios for their stolen content.”
